Branch Manager

About the role

As a Branch Manager you will work alongside current branch leadership to oversee overall growth and quality of the branch, assist with profit and loss (P&L) management, employee management, and customer retention, and ensure unmatched service quality. Relocation may be required and relocation accommodations will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and career growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with employees through training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.
• Interact directly with customers to identify concerns, answer questions, and demonstrate the value of services.
• Assist the Region Manager in maintaining and growing the branch’s profit and loss.
• Help expand the service‑type capability of the branch.
• Support relocation logistics when required.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of operations, branch management, or other leadership experience.
• Customer‑facing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pest control experience.
• Being licensed in pest control.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb.
