About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager responsible for the overall management and operations of our Broadway branch in Kingston, NY.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, building, and staffing a retail team focused on exemplary customer service and professionalism.
• Ensuring branch compliance and operations across all aspects of regulatory, operational, security, and audit tasks and procedures.
• Achieving sales and service goals aligned with Rondout Savings Bank's overall Strategic Plan.
• Overseeing all aspects of employee growth and development by supporting and motivating the retail team, serving as a mentor and leader.
• Proficiency in teller and platform duties, ensuring branch profitability, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, opening new retail and business accounts, accepting loan applications, recognizing cross-selling opportunities, and growing the current book of business.
• Serving as a liaison to the community through participation in leadership roles, serving on a minimum of one Board of Directors, and participating in community events.
• Offering cash management and loan products and services to business customers, assisting the Commercial Lending Team with account openings, and facilitating daily huddles and weekly branch staff meetings.
• Ensuring the branch maintains a satisfactory rating on all audits, adhering to state and federal regulations, and promoting the Bank's image through exemplary customer service.
• Reviewing and submitting staff performance evaluations and delivering coaching sessions.
