Branch Manager

About the role

As the Branch Manager at QC Supply in Storm Lake, IA, you will oversee the day-to-day processes and operations of our Storm Lake, IA location. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers in the retail space and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day processes and operations of the Storm Lake, IA location.
• Oversee all aspects of the location and ensure efficient distribution processes.
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping protocols, and guide your team in safety training and policy adherence.
• Monitor inbound and outbound order flows and oversee inventory control through daily cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to proactively manage promotional sales lifts.
• Manage staffing levels effectively.
• Audit and track facility quality and accuracy on a regular basis.
• Support front end retail sales, order entry and order maintenance for key customer accounts, and coordinate deliveries with customer locations.
• Aid in the collection and reporting of key site metrics.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven work experience in sales or business management.
• Strong understanding of distribution and the required routines in support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office/Word and Excel.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
