About the role

As a Branch Manager, you will lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that help clients achieve financial well-being. You will create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment and collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners. This role is accountable for risk management, compliance, and building a high-performing team through talent attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households, and collaboration with ecosystem partners.
• Lead business banking results through business development and community involvement.
• Coach team members in consultative selling to enable customer financial well-being.
• Manage and coach the delivery of a differentiated client experience, including technology-enabled interactions and advice-oriented consultations.
• Lead effective problem resolution to make banking easy for customers.
• Connect all of PNC to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
• Drive the employee experience by acquiring, retaining, and developing talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Model PNC values and cultivate an inclusive workplace.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk by mitigating sales practice risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
• Demonstrate customer focus by aligning decisions with customer needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Assess and manage risks to adhere to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in banking, sales management, or a comparable field.
• Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state (required post-hire).
• Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
