About the role
Based in Town and Country, MO at the Town and Country branch, this Branch Manager role is responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, and creating a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment. The position collaborates with ecosystem partners, manages risk and compliance, and builds a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative client interactions and solutions that support financial well-being.
- Create a differentiated customer experience and make banking easy across channels.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver seamless omni-channel experiences.
- Account for risk management and compliance; exercise leadership to mitigate sales practice risk and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Grow branch revenue by acquiring and deepening relationships with consumer and business households.
- Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement.
- Coach to consultative selling to improve client financial well-being and enable technology-enabled interactions.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk; make sound decisions to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Acquire and retain talent through effective onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management.
- Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Roles at this level typically require 3+ years of related experience; a university/college degree is not required, but related experience or product knowledge is necessary.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

- Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
- This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
