About the role
We're seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to take the helm of our Greensboro, NC branch and lead our team to new heights within the light industrial industries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee one Peoplelink Staffing branch
- Drive direct branch sales objectives by utilizing selling methodologies, developing pricing models/proposals, and creating customer service models
- Develop and/or lead training to enhance the skill level of recruiting teams
- Provide ongoing training, development, coaching, one-on-one, and team-building for staff
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis, educate clients/staff on industry trends, and develop/provide solution-based options to clients
- Manage the budget process and execution of the branch budget
- Perform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports, as well as review and recommend compensation adjustments
- Enforce staff compliance with all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Worker’s Comp., Unemployment)
- Work flexible hours and be on-call when necessary
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years of management or sales experience in a staffing environment
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls
- Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints from clients/candidates
- Experience with coaching and providing feedback to candidates/staff
- Strong PC skills
- Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License, and ability to use a personal vehicle daily

Pay
$60,000 - $75,000 + commission
Schedule
In-office, with local travel. Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Physical Requirements
To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate must be able to communicate and visit other offices, prospects, and clients. The associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The work environment is a normal office setting.
