Branch Manager

Pacific Supply is a distributor of building products with over 50 locations throughout the Western United States, serving the construction industry and communities since 1953. We are seeking Branch Manager Candidates with experience in management and the building products industry.

About the role

Branch Manager Candidates will have strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. This position assumes complete accountability for profit and loss within the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs branch operations by directly supervising sales, yard operations, and office functions.
• Ensures the distribution center maintains a positive impact on customers by evaluating opportunities for improvements and expanded services in the area.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of previous management experience that includes financial responsibility and an understanding of a basic income statement.
• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to develop others.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
