Responsibilities

• Strategize growth and drive performance by using data and insight to set goals and deliver measurable results
• Execute plans that drive long-term success
• Build and inspire high-performing teams while creating a culture where service goes far beyond transactions
• Engage with the local community, build strong relationships with local partners, and elevate your branch's community presence
• Ensure operational excellence in banking, managing daily branch operations with a keen eye for detail and compliance
• Strive for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years in banking sales/service roles with an entrepreneurial spirit and experience creating strategies for business growth
• 5+ years of management experience (6+ employees) with expertise in building, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team that consistently meets and exceeds performance targets while providing exceptional service to members
• 3+ years in business development and community engagement
• Mandarin or Spanish fluency is helpful

Pay

The range for the Branch Manager role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Final offers based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
