What’s Required5+ years in banking sales/service roles and an entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth. Additionally, you’re adept at ensuring operational excellence in banking, managing daily branch operations with a keen eye for detail and compliance, and striving for continuous improvement.5+ years of management experience (6+ employees).
