Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the finance/banking and insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Currently working in banking
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience business development solutions and financial technology.

Benefits
In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for quarterly incentive compensation, including performance-based salary increases. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
Pay
$70,000 – $125,000 annually (good-faith estimate upon hire)
