Branch Manager

We are hiring for our 144th & F St location. The primary objective of this role is to drive branch growth and contribute to the overall financial health in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff while managing day-to-day activities, including hiring, scheduling, training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
• Coach bankers to achieve sales goals and work collaboratively across the organization and with external vendors.
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring safety, security, and compliance with cash controls and other security procedures.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure internal audit and procedural compliance.
• Ensure team members are proficient in assisting and educating members on conducting simple transactions via ATM/ITM, Mobile, and Online banking.
• Represent the Credit Union positively in the community, foster new business, and participate in professional and business associations for networking and referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of banking or other financial industry-related experience.
• Three to five years of direct people management experience.
• Knowledge of sales and service techniques.
• Cash handling and balancing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Must be available for Saturday branch coverage and on-call availability if needed.
• NMLS required.
