Branch Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on operational leader to run and grow our Denver branch. This is not a desk-management role. We need someone who can lead people, drive performance, solve operational challenges, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced industrial environment. The right person will have real ownership over branch operations, financial performance, team development, and customer relationships. If you thrive in environments where accountability matters, decisions need to be made quickly, and results are expected, this is an opportunity to help build something meaningful.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day branch operations across field and office teams
- Coordinate manpower, scheduling, equipment, and resources to support successful project execution
- Partner closely with project managers, foremen, and field leadership to keep projects on track and customers informed
- Drive operational consistency, safety compliance, and execution quality across all work
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency without slowing the team down
- Support industrial maintenance, field service, shutdown work, fabrication, and customer response efforts
- Take ownership of branch profitability, labor efficiency, job costing, and operational performance
- Develop and manage branch budgets and forecasts
- Review estimates, change orders, and project financials to ensure healthy margins and strong execution
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations
- Support business development efforts and help grow key customer relationships
- Recruit, develop, and mentor project managers, field personnel, and office staff
- Create a culture built on accountability, urgency, teamwork, and problem-solving
- Set clear expectations and hold team members to a high standard
- Provide coaching, leadership, and support to help employees grow professionally
- Lead from the front—willing to step into the field when needed and support the team however necessary
Who Thrives Here
- Leaders who take ownership instead of waiting for direction
- Operators who can balance urgency with organization
- People who care equally about team performance and financial results
- Leaders comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments
- Individuals who can walk a jobsite in the morning and review financials in the afternoon
- Problem-solvers who stay calm under pressure and figure things out
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical contracting, fabrication, construction, field service, or related industries
- Strong operational and financial management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing labor, schedules, job costs, and customer relationships
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build structure, accountability, and team alignment
Experience with industrial and manufacturing clients is strongly preferred.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Potential bonus opportunities ($10K–30K)
- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
- Health benefits
- Paid time off and holidays
- Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company
