Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in both branches
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting and reporting
- Develop and lead a high-performing team
- Engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or retail management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
