Responsible for managing operations in the South Boston and Seaport branches, overseeing customer service, financial management, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in both branches
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting and reporting
• Develop and lead a high-performing team
• Engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or retail management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
