Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and maintain all branch functions efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture focused on customer success.

Responsibilities

• Execute Mainscape Standards of Excellence in all areas including labor, equipment, customer service, safety, financial stability, and administrative functions.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with ability to manage employees.
• Show strong initiative with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Show administrative organizational skills.
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Work with other employees as a team.
• Maintain production rates set forth by the company.
• Identify and correct all unsafe conditions and practices and communicate actions to owners.
• Forecast labor, materials, and equipment needs.
• Delegate tasks as necessary.
• Analyze P & L statements.
• Work with computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable and able to work safely.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
• Valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Experience managing several landscape maintenance crews, including snow removal.
• Field experience in the landscaping industry.
