About the role

LendNation is seeking an energetic, positive, customer service-driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Branch Manager. This position is ideal for someone with management experience and a background in customer service, banking, collections, or retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Supervise, coach, and train branch employees.
• Manage and control cash flow, auditing, balancing, and banking efforts.
• Maintain branch safety and security standards.
• Document, resolve, or refer customer and associate comments and complaints to obtain proper resolution.
• Monitor and report branch financial performance to meet operating, profitability goals, and objectives.
• Lead collection efforts on past-due loans.
• Ensure loans comply with company, federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, or collections preferred.
• Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
• Predictable and reliable attendance is essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain current auto insurance.
