Branch Manager

About the Role

LendNation is seeking an energetic, positive, customer service-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at our Albertville, AL location (4491 US Highway 431). This position is ideal for someone with management and collections experience in customer service, banking, retail, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Supervise, coach, and train branch employees.
• Manage and control cash flow, auditing, balancing, and banking efforts.
• Maintain branch safety and security standards.
• Document, resolve, or refer customer and associate comments and complaints to obtain proper resolution.
• Monitor and report branch financial performance to meet operating, profitability goals, and objectives.
• Lead collection efforts on past-due loans.
• Ensure loans comply with company, federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
• Experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, or collections preferred.
• Safe, secure, and reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License.
• Predictable and reliable attendance is essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
