Branch Manager
Lend Nation is seeking an energetic, positive, customer service-driven individual to join our team as a full-time Branch Manager at Branch 4617, located at 3204 South Perkins Rd, Memphis, TN 38118.
About the role
This position involves managing branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading collection efforts on past due loans while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer transactions while providing exceptional customer service.
- Supervise, coach, and train branch employees.
- Manage and control cash flow, auditing, balancing, and banking efforts.
- Maintain branch safety and security standards.
- Document, resolve, or refer customer and associate comments and complaints.
- Monitor and report branch financial performance to meet operating, profitability goals, and objectives.
- Lead collection efforts on past due loans.
- Ensure loans comply with company, federal, state, and local laws.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, or collections preferred.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
- Current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
