What You’ll Do
- - Drive branch sales performance and local growth strategies
- - Build strong relationships with HVAC contractors and key accounts
- - Partner with outside sales to support customer development
- Team Management
- - Hire, train, and lead counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
- - Coach employees and build a strong customer-focused culture
- - Manage scheduling and branch coverage
- Operations & Inventory
- - Oversee daily branch operations, safety, and service standards
- - Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and product availability
- - Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams
- Financial Performance
- - Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
- - Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Customer Service
- - Resolve customer issues and serve as escalation point when needed
- - Support counter operations during peak periods
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years HVAC industry experience (distribution preferred)
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and contractor needs
- Experience with ERP/POS systems (Eclipse or similar)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support warehouse operations
