Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration and management of the branch portfolio, supervision of resources, and coordination of budget implementation and achievement of sales and collection targets assigned by the company, in conjunction with District Managers and the Director, to maximize financial return and meet the interests of the company while ensuring operations are executed effectively in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the financial industry
• Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of POS and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work punctually with project calendars and multiple priorities to achieve assigned goals
• Leadership, supervision, negotiation, and maintaining good interpersonal relationships with their team, internal and external clients
