Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Rochester office
- Support financial performance, operational leadership, and strategic growth initiatives
- Oversee multidisciplinary staff development, engagement, and organizational culture
- Aid with business development, proposal efforts, and client relationship management
- Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Marketing, and IT support functions
- Represent Hunt EAS within the Rochester business and professional community
- Support long-range organizational planning and operational improvement initiatives

- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and organizational operations

- Knowledge of the Greater Rochester market and the ability to build and leverage relationships across the region
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, Planning, Marketing, or related field required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience within AEC, infrastructure, consulting, professional services, or related environments
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or management experience with responsibility for personnel, operations, financial performance, and strategic planning
- Experience managing teams, budgets, client relationships, and organizational operations
- Experience with business development and strategic growth initiatives preferred
- PE, RA, PLS, PMP, or related credential preferred but not required
- Equivalent combinations of education, professional experience, and demonstrated leadership success may be considered
