Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales representatives
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management and customer service
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of retail or sales management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
