About the role
Oversee operations at our North Plains, Oregon branch location. Facilitate and monitor all aspects of branch operations, including hiring, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure cost-effective and quality operations.
Responsibilities
- Work “hands on” to facilitate and monitor all branch tasks including inventory management, sales and marketing, compliance, reporting, bid board management, customer relations, accounts, budgeting and fiscal responsibility, procedural standards, and safety
- Plan and control expenses of a branch location with profit and loss responsibility
- Set up a solid infrastructure in the branch through hiring, development, and cross-training of team members to support growth
- Proactively collaborate with other departments and provide great internal/external customer service
- Routinely evaluate staffing-to-sales plan needs
- Independently manage a high volume of projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Director or Executive
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management
- Experience in the waterworks, irrigation, pumps, and/or construction industry is a plus
- Highly organized multitasker with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of company products and client business
- Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
- Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while effectively managing through stressful situations

Pay
Salary: commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Primarily Monday - Friday between 7AM-5PM.
