Branch Manager

About the role

As a Branch Manager you will split your time between supervising support staff in our Plant City, FL location while expanding our customer base in a sales role. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, have persuasive communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage support staff in location
• Call on existing customers to retain and build business
• Research and quote upcoming projects with contractors
• Cold call contractors that use our products and gain their business
• Document and track quotes on the CRM system
• Build strong internal and external relationships

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required; prefer a degree in Construction Management or a similar field of study
