Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch revenue growth by developing and executing local sales strategies.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Actively engage with customers and contractors to expand existing accounts and win new business.
- Analyze local sales data and competitor activity to adapt and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Sales Director on local marketing and budgeting efforts.
- Build relationships with local contractors to increase market penetration.
- Support product promotions and showroom merchandising.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development with HR support.
- Foster a productive, positive, and sales-focused team culture.
- Inspire and coach team members to pursue sales goals collaboratively.
- Celebrate individual and team sales wins.
- Encourage ideasharing to continuously improve performance.
Branch Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and organization (office, yard, and warehouse).
- Cookordination maintenance and repair of equipment and property.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Manage special orders, pricing, and product data in ERP systems like Bistrack.
- Handle branch-level accounting: sales orders, invoicing, deposits, and daily reports.
- Monitor pricing, margins, and collections to meet financial goals.
- Manage payment processing and credit approvals in line with company policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with Purchasing, Marketing, and Distribution teams on targeted campaigns and product rollouts.
- Liaise with executive leadership, vendors, and customers professionally and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and all applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate records for customers, vendors, and products.
- Organize and protect confidential documentation per company guidelines.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Minimum of 3 years in retail or team management required. Valid Driver’s License required.

Basic proficiency in math, reasoning, and computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems). Able to work independently and manage shifting priorities effectively. Able to work MF & some Saturdays.
