Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth administration and efficient daily operations of the branch, encompassing product sales, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Drive the alignment of branch activities with the bank's objectives, providing necessary tools and resources for staff to achieve success.
• Serve as a positive role model, fostering a collaborative atmosphere while actively participating in community events to strengthen relationships and enhance the bank's presence in the region.

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of retail banking experience.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 or more years of management experience.
• 1 or more years of customer service.
• Ability to perform essential functions and physical demands as listed above.
• Ability to participate in at least 4 events per year after normal business hours for community outreach activities.
• Current driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
