About the role

As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of the branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of customer service representatives and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
• Attend regular meetings with upper management to discuss performance and plan improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to manage a team and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
