About the role
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of the branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
- Attend regular meetings with upper management to discuss performance and plan improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team and develop employees.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
