Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or financial field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for certain positions)
