Responsibilities
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment

- Manage member accounts and transactions
- Support the credit union's strategic goals and objectives
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or financial field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for certain positions)
