Branch Manager
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. The posting includes "About Us" description, core functions, key job duties, skill/experience requirements, benefits, etc. We need to map to sections.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Equal Opportunity Employer" at end – that's boilerplate; remove. Also "Visit our Website: www.pioneerindustrial.com" maybe keep as part of About Us? It's not boilerplate but maybe keep? It's not a heading; we can include in a paragraph.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from "About Us" and description). Responsibilities (core functions + key job duties). Requirements (maybe skill/experience requirements). Qualifications (maybe degree etc). Skills (maybe computer skills, communication). Benefits (competitive benefits described). Pay (not specified, so we should NOT include Pay section). Schedule (not specified, so omit). Also maybe include "Travel" as part of requirements? It says "15% domestic travel". Could be part of Requirements or Skills.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have real content.
Let's extract:
About Us paragraph: Pioneer Industrial Corporation is a prominent corporation known for its expertise in sourcing, manufacturing, and servicing industrial equipment across various industries including refining, oil and gas, power, chemical, petrochemical, pulp & paper, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. Their wide range of industrial equipment encompasses Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs), Control Valves, Line Valves, Electric Actuators, Instrumentation, Pumps, Blowers, Mechanical Seals, and Fluid Sealing applications. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Pioneer Industrial offers comprehensive solutions to meet the diverse needs of their clients in the industrial sector. Join Pioneer Industrial Corporation and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and excellence in the industrial equipment industry. Visit our Website: www.pioneerindustrial.com
Core Functions: list bullet points.
Key Job Duties: list bullet points.
Skill/Experience Requirements: list bullet points.
Why Build a Career with Us? includes benefits description.
We need to avoid duplication: some items may repeat.
We'll create sections:
About the role
with paragraph(s) combining About Us and maybe core functions? Actually "About the role" could be description of role; we have core functions and key job duties. But we have separate Responsibilities section. So About the role could be the introductory description (About Us). We'll put that.
Responsibilities: combine Core Functions and Key Job Duties (maybe as one list). We'll list bullet points.
Requirements: maybe Skill/Experience Requirements (degree, knowledge, abilities). Qualifications: maybe same? But we need to avoid duplication. Could treat Requirements as the skill/experience list, Qualifications as degree etc. But they overlap. Better: Use Requirements for the skill/experience list, Qualifications for degree and maybe travel? However instructions: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have both degree and skill/experience. Could make two sections: Requirements (skill/experience) and Qualifications (degree). But they'd be similar. Might be okay.
Skills: maybe computer skills, communication, interpersonal.
Benefits: from Why Build a Career with Us? includes Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) matching, career growth, employee referral, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, training (FCG University), career growth opportunities, mentorship.
We'll output as - .
We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer.
Let's craft.

We have duplicated some items (computer skills etc) in Requirements and Skills; maybe we should avoid duplication. But instructions: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in original? The original had computer skills, communication, work ethic under Skill/Experience Requirements. We could keep them only in Requirements and not repeat in Skills. But Skills section may be redundant. Better to omit Skills section if it's just repeating. However we need to decide if we have distinct skills content beyond those. The posting didn't have separate skills list; only those under Skill/Experience Requirements. So we could omit Skills section to avoid thin section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can drop Skills.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits.
We also might include Qualifications? The degree is in Requirements; we could keep Qualifications separate but it's overlapping. Better to keep Requirements only.
Thus final HTML: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits.
Check for any Pay or Schedule: none, so omit.
Now ensure we removed boilerplate: removed Equal Opportunity Employer line, removed duplicated lines like "Visit our Website:" we kept it in About the role (makes sense). Removed "#pioneerindustrial #manycompaniesoneteam #FCGcareers #flowcontrolgroup #FCG-H" etc. Also removed "Pioneer Industrial operates as a vital subsidiary within Flow Control Group (FCG)..." That's substantive? It's about company structure; maybe we could include in About the role? It's not about the role but about company. Could be part of About Us. We could add a paragraph about FCG. It's substantive. Let's incorporate after the website line.
Add: "Pioneer Industrial operates as a vital subsidiary within Flow Control Group (FCG), a prominent holdings company that is a leading solutions provider focused on technically oriented products and services for flow control, fluid handling and process, industrial automation, and life sciences with locations throughout North America. As a critical intermediary between over 3,000 suppliers and 15,000 customers, over 90 brand companies, and close to 1,700 employees, FCG’s distribution and technical expertise serve an essential function in the movement of mission-critical components to a diverse array of end markets and applications."
We'll add that to About the role paragraph.
Now final HTML.
Check for any duplicated bullet points: we have many responsibilities; ensure we didn't miss any from core functions and key duties. Let's list all from posting:
