Branch Manager

About the role

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Billings, MT branch by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. Drive a productive and profitable operation while promoting a positive corporate image by building a strong team and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and daily scheduling, assign duties
• Ensure a good working environment for employees
• Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues
• Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, local laws, and OSHA regulations
• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff
• Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers
• May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Technician
• Driving company or customer vehicles may be required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field desired; or comparable years of experience
• Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory, and fleet management
• Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Proficient in POS and MS Office
• Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in the Auto Glass industry

Pay

Base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 DOE, plus bonus eligibility (profit share).
