About the Role
Branch Manager – Escrow Operations
Sublette County, Wyoming | In-Office 5 x week
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the branch and any assigned satellite offices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office management, operational questions, and escalated issues
- Implement processes, policies, and procedures that support efficient and compliant branch operations
- Monitor branch performance, workflow, service levels, and key metrics
- Report branch results to leadership and recommend process or policy improvements
- Align branch goals and priorities with broader business unit objectives
- Train, coach, and support employees while ensuring adherence to established practices
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
- Respond to questions and provide guidance regarding products, services, policies, and specific transactions
- Resolve escalated customer, employee, and operational concerns
- Regularly perform the duties of a production position and assist with transaction volume as needed
- Manage escrow transactions and support the accurate handling of funds, documents, and real estate closings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six or more years of directly related escrow, title, or industry experience
- Three to five years of demonstrated leadership or management experience

- Strong knowledge of escrow operations, processes, and procedures
- Specialized expertise in one or more escrow product areas
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills
- The ability to coach employees and serve as a trusted resource for advice and guidance
- Strong attention to detail and process management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant operating systems and applications
- Familiarity with industry, competitor, financial, and market dynamics
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge, including the ability to understand and interpret financial statements
