About the role
This position is primarily responsible for the overall sales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent is the directing sales manager for the branch, focusing on the origination and expansion of new-to-bank customers and performance coaching of the branch team. The role oversees daily branch activities, market and business development, loan processing, new account solicitation, and ensures effective operations of branch staff and facilities while adhering to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values.
Responsibilities
- Perform market and business development duties by generating high-value customer relationships through leveraging sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain/expand existing relationships.
- Actively engage in the community as a representative of FNB.
- Execute and coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals, incorporating FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Use FNB-approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Manage the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Lead and coach the branch team and facility to ensure operations meet FNB standards, including:
- Conducting daily sales meetings and executing all HR responsibilities.
- Participating in ongoing education for themselves and the team, and leading sales camps as directed by the Market Manager.
- Ensuring the branch meets all quality standards through direction and coaching.
- Ensure operational integrity of the branch, adhering to audit, compliance, security, and operational requirements.
- Assign team operational responsibilities and perform various operational duties as needed.
- Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily, in alignment with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- Adhere to regulatory laws and guidelines to maintain compliance, a required component of the role.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (required).
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in a related position and knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) Identifier preferred but will be required.
- May require overnight travel for training purposes, particularly during onboarding.
