Responsibilities
- Cultivates passion for Elevations Credit Union through leadership of teller team and demonstrates Elevations’ core values: Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity, and Excellence.
- Provides leadership in sales management coaching and support to branch staff to achieve business goals and annual budget for the branch.
- Implements strategies and process improvements to maximize member loyalty and satisfaction.
- Engages members and actively leads team in a manner that models the Personalized, Elegant, Accurate, Kind, and Timely (PEAK’t) service model; using care, professionalism, and the highest level of service, exhibiting strong conflict resolution skills when needed.
- Develops and fosters professional relationships within the community to increase member acquisition and generate revenue.
- Executes and capitalizes on marketing campaigns by aligning supporting branch activities.
- Ensures excellence for the day-to-day operations of the branch by partnering with key organizational departments, monitoring all branch activities for compliance with established policies, procedures, and processes.
- Coaches team to set and achieve individual goals, develop professionally, take corrective action, and grow in their roles.
- Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of financial industry experience and 4+ years of lending experience.
- Passion and ability to coach sales and world-class service skills.
- Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High-level conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal leadership and sales management training.
- Experience as a branch manager of a bank or credit union.
- Leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience.

Pay
The person hired into this position will likely earn between $71,973 and $89,966 annual salary, plus annual bonus. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Schedule
Full time / 40 hours per week. Monday through Saturday.
Work Environment
Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.
