About the role
We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our well-established branch in Leeds/Bradford and take the site to the next level. As an independent merchant/manufacturer, JDP offers you the opportunity to make a real difference. You’ll be driven to boost sales and footfall in branch, with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety. You’ll lead a dedicated and dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team to deliver high-level customer service.
- Drive sales and increase branch footfall.
- Oversee branch operations, including health and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Branch Manager (or Assistant Manager ready for advancement) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry.
- Proven track record in merchanting with a sales-focused mindset.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, including health and safety.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for product knowledge.
- Good network of industry contacts and the drive to use initiative.
