As Branch Manager for our new Manitowoc location, you’ll help build brighter financial futures for our member-owners on the lakeshore. This role is about more than transactions—it’s about helping people achieve their goals, improving lives, and building financial confidence in our community. Responsibilities

• Champion member relationships: meet with members to understand their financial goals and match them with the right products and services that support their long-term success.
• Lead with purpose: oversee deposit, lending, and member service functions while inspiring your team to consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
• Empower financial well-being: open and support accounts—checking, savings, IRAs, and more—while providing lending solutions tailored to member needs.
• Coach and develop your team: provide training, performance feedback, and leadership that helps every employee thrive in serving our members.
• Engage in the community: represent CFCU locally and build lasting connections that demonstrate the cooperative difference.
• Deliver hands-on service: from teller transactions to loans, step in where needed to ensure members always experience the highest level of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, management, or related field.
• 5+ years of banking or member service experience; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and financial services platforms.
• A passion for helping people and advancing the credit union’s member-first mission.

Schedule

This position follows our branch hours, including a rotating Saturday schedule:

• Drive-up: Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Lobby: Mon–Wed 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Thu–Fri 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Sat 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
