About the role
The ideal candidate will lead a team of branch managers, overseeing operations, customer service, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar field.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail banking or financial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
