With over 30 locations, we service customers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Canada. The branch manager is a key leadership position responsible for overall branch performance, meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue growth, managing P&L budgets, monitoring and maintaining labor efficiency, fostering client relationships, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities
- Foster a safety culture through continuous training, policy compliance, and accountability to our safety standards.
- Deliver extraordinary customer and employee experiences.
- Predictably deliver budgeted revenue growth.

- Create a high degree of team cohesion and shared support.
- Invest in the growth of high-performing individuals and create future opportunities for them.
- Hold underperformers accountable and support them with coaching and training to improve lagging performance.
- Prudently manage investments in equipment and expenses to maximize branch profitability.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable your customer success professionals on their focus to deepen relationships, exceed retention goals, and actively cross-sell enhancements to improve customer properties and satisfaction.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable your operations managers to lead efficient and effective production teams built upon a culture of continuous improvement.
- Exhibit a high degree of personal discipline and professionalism.
- Actively mentor your team to emulate similar behaviors and hold all accountable to this expectation.
- Assist with strategy, budgeting, and other company initiatives as the opportunity presents.
- Operate effectively in leadership as part of a dynamic, high-growth company.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 10+ years in the commercial landscape industry, including 5+ years in landscape management or green industry operations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry certifications (e.g., CLP, ISA Arborist) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to adapt to new technology; previous CRM experience preferred (Aspire experience a plus).

Schedule
Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities.
Work Conditions
- Employees in this position should be able and willing to drive or travel locally as needed.
- This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
