What You’ll Do As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Red Lodge Branch. You'll lead a dynamic team, cultivate a member-focused culture, and ensure Altana continues to be a trusted financial partner in the community. Your key responsibilities will include:Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to deliver exceptional member serviceSupervise teller operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly service at the front lineMonitor and manage daily cash operations, including vault balancing, drawer audits, and ensuring compliance with cash handling policiesProvide consumer lending services to our members, including loan interviews, processing, and approvals within authorityEnsure branch compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsMaintain branch security and risk management, including opening/closing procedures and safety protocolsFoster a positive, productive work environment that supports collaboration, accountability, and individual growthHandle escalated member concerns or complex transactions with professionalism and careBuild and maintain strong relationships with members, supporting their long-term financial goalsActively participate in community engagement and networking opportunities to promote Altana’s presencePromote Altana’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused leader with strong knowledge of consumer lending and financial services. Our ideal candidate will have:Three to five years of consumer lending experience preferredThree to five years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the financial industryStrong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirementsProven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsKnowledge of branch operations, teller duties, and cash handling proceduresExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsA member-first mindset and a passion for helping others achieve financial success Why You'll Love Working Here At Altana, you're joining more than an organization.
