Location: Billings, Montana, United States – 24th Street Branch. Employment type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to deliver exceptional member service
- Supervise teller operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly service at the front line
- Monitor and manage daily cash operations, including vault balancing, drawer audits, and ensuring compliance with cash handling policies
- Provide consumer lending services to our members, including loan interviews, processing, and approvals within authority
- Ensure branch compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
