Branch Manager, Facilities Services Location: Long Island, New York Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base + performance bonus Type: Full-time, direct hire About The Opportunity Addison Group is partnering with a leading national property restoration company to find a Branch Manager for its New York market. This leader will own the full P&L for a multi-office operation and report to senior regional leadership. This role suits a financially sharp operator who drives accountability through motivation and coaching. What You’ll Do Own full P&L responsibility for multiple offices, including revenue growth, gross profit, and EBITDA performanceManage job costing and margins, with a clear understanding of direct vs. indirect costs, net income, and cash flowBuild a culture of accountability and follow-through across operations managersCoach, develop, and motivate managers to raise management quality and team performanceImprove client satisfaction through consistent, transparent communicationEnsure safety and regulatory compliance, including OSHA and EPA standardsDrive adoption of CRM and reporting systemsBuild and strengthen relationships with insurance carriers, commercial accounts, and referral partnersSupport 24/7 emergency response coverage What You Bring 5+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related fieldProven P&L ownership for a location generating $5M+ in revenueMulti-site leadership experienceStrong financial acumen across revenue, gross profit, and cost managementA motivational, proactive leadership style with the ability to hold teams accountableBachelor’s degree in business, management, or construction management preferred; strong experience may substitute Strongly Preferred 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in the restoration industryBackground in distributed service delivery (facilities services, environmental services, or similar) with strong P&L ownershipExisting relationships with insurance carriers or TPAsPrior titles such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, District Manager, Market Director, Director, or VP of Operations Compensation & Benefits $140,000 - $170,000 base + performance bonusBonus program tied to revenue, gross profit, and EBITDAVehicle reimbursement programComprehensive benefits package Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
