Our client, a regional bank, is seeking a Branch Manager for one of their Omaha locations.
About the role
This individual will be someone that enjoys building relationships, leading a team, and growing a branch. The position will oversee a team of six employees (3 new accounts and 3 tellers), providing leadership, coaching, and support to create a positive, service-driven culture. The branch serves a well-established customer base and offers an excellent opportunity to build on that foundation.
Responsibilities
- Expand consumer lending and deposit relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Be visible in the community and enjoy networking
