About the role

At ABC Supply, Branch Managers oversee and take responsibility for the branch's profit and loss accountability, hire associates, maintain inventory, set and monitor pricing, oversee sales teams, ensure customer satisfaction, manage schedules, and expand the product line. They also manage multiple priorities and must possess strong analytical, mathematical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hiring associates and monitoring their performance
• Maintaining an adequate and accurate inventory and conducting self audits
• Setting and monitoring pricing to ensure acceptable margins on sales
• Overseeing outside and inside sales teams to drive sales growth
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and service levels
• Ensuring timely deliveries to customers
• Generating the associate work schedule and controlling overtime
• Determining additional products to add to the existing product line
• Ensuring compliance with company safety policies and DOT requirements

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

$75,000-150,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
