About the role
The role serves as a developmental opportunity for up-and-coming branch managers, focusing on the preparation and support of future leaders within the investor center network.
Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in building a strong sales team and developing service associates
- Cultivate revenue opportunities and ensure high levels of customer happiness
- Implement national initiatives to grow business through in-branch customer contact, local marketing, educational seminars, and client appreciation
- Oversee operational activities, including supervision of local risk and compliance issues and customer concerns
- Foster the development of a group of associates by training, mentoring, counseling, and motivating branch representatives
Requirements
- At least five years in financial sales role
- Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, and Series 9/10 must be obtained upon hire
