About the Role
A Fidelity Branch Leader collaborates with senior management to manage a team of successful associates preparing to lead their own branch. Your visionary spirit and strategic perspective will help our branch distinguish itself from competitors. As a Branch Leader, you will support the Vice President, Branch Leader by building a strong sales team and developing service associates who generate revenue opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
You will apply national initiatives to increase business growth through customer engagement, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events. Additionally, you will coordinate branch operations, ensuring compliance, resolving customer concerns, and developing and motivating associates to achieve individual and team success.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales and service associates to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Vice President, Branch Leader in managing branch operations and compliance.

- Develop and mentor associates to achieve individual and team success.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- At least five years in a financial sales role.
- Three or more years of management experience within a financial services environment (preferred).
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 licenses are required; Series 9/10 must be acquired upon hire.
- Background in relationship management and a deep understanding of financial services.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
About the Team
This role is designed for individuals aiming to lead their own branch, providing the first opportunity to learn all aspects of branch management. Responsibilities include supporting hiring, leading a compliant and thriving office, growing the market, and mentoring associates. The role is developmental, lasting 12-24 months, and prepares talent within the investor center network while aiding the assigned VP, Branch Leader. You may work at more than one branch or have a different main branch during the program.
Work Arrangement
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$168,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include bonus or other variable compensation for eligible roles.
