Job Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new deposit prospects through targeted outreach.
- Congduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and present tailored deposit solutions.
- Clos new deposit relationships and transition them into long-term clients.
- Maintain a structured pipeline with consistent movement toward conversion.
- Expand relationships with existing clients to increase deposit balances and product penetration.
- Partner with internal sales teams to support broader revenue initiatives.
- Participate in coordinated sales campaigns and cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to territory-level business development strategies.
Job Requirements
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
- Minimum experience required: 6+ Years customer service and sales experience (including Financial Services Industry).
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
