Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float (Freehold NJ and surrounding areas)

About the role

The Branch Banking-Client Consultant II-Float position involves traveling between assigned branches to provide financial services, manage client relationships, and introduce clients to key bank partners like Mortgage and Business Banking.

Responsibilities

• Support team efforts to achieve financial performance targets and primary client acquisition.
• Actively seek and deliver client introductions to the right team members to meet growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
• Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints, and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
• Deliver client engagement and education, meeting behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership.
• Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses.
• Participate in more complex banking conversations and interactions, focusing on client management, retention, and introductions to key bank partners.
• Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Education: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Experience: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• NMLS registration (optional, can be completed after job entry date).
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services industry.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
