Branch Banking Client Consultant II

About the Role
As a Branch Banking Client Consultant II, you will provide a best-in-class experience by resolving client concerns and offering product details that meet their financial needs. This role focuses on client management, retention, and introductions to key bank partners (Mortgage, Business Banking) to ensure clients have access to experts who can help them achieve their financial goals. You will engage in lending, basic investment interactions, and more complex banking conversations with clients.
Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and facilitate client introductions to the right team members to meet growth targets and execute sales initiatives.
- Client Experience: Provide a positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, or complaints. Resolve issues through research and communication in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education. Meet behavioral activity goals, including NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, and needs met.
- Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly. Strive for no controllable losses.
- Additional Accountabilities: Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required. Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
- 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Pay
Pay Range: $17.12 - $26.97 per hour.
