Sales Performance

• Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition.
• Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
• Delivers client engagement and Education. Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including, but not limited to introductions.

Client Experience

Provides positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.

Risk Management

Delivers timely and accurate daily financial transactions; strives for no controllable preventable losses.

Understands and adheres to all applicable bank policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum experience required: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services Industry.
