Branch Banking Client Consultant I

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition.
• Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Delivers client engagement and education.
• Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including but not limited to referrals.

Job Requirements

• Required Qualifications: Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent Minimum experience required: 0 – 3 years of customer service and sales experience
