About the role
The Business Banking Services Admin Temp position is responsible for providing administrative support to the business banking team. The BSA Officer role involves ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Member Service Advisors assist members in a variety of tasks including account management and customer service. Branch Advisors are responsible for managing and growing the branch's customer base and relationships. The Medicare Agent role requires knowledge of Medicare plans and services. The Teller position at Hammock Cove works part-time and assists customers with transactions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the business banking team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations as a BSA Officer
- Aiding members in account management and providing customer service
- Managing and growing the branch's customer base and relationships
- Assisting customers with transactions as a Teller
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Preferred college degree in finance or related field
- Experience in property and casualty insurance preferred for the Commercial Lines P&C Producer role
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to handle confidential information securely
