About the role

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Branch Administrative Assistant to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advisor to 711 HPW/RHB Branch Chiefs and report to their respective Branch Chief on all administrative and personnel matters within the branch.
  • Review, evaluate, analyze, and implement higher headquarter guidance in support of the organizational mission.
  • Strategically and proactively manage data and update information retrieved from varied sources.
  • Assist the Government in performing a variety of executive-level administrative tasks, in support of the day-to-day oversight and management of the 711 HPW/RHB Division, including:
    • Maintaining files, spreadsheets, and briefings.
    • Preparing various types of documentation.
    • Tracking Division suspense's.
    • Scheduling Division meetings.
    • Managing Division TDY requests and coordination.
    • Supporting meetings held by the Chief, including preparation of briefing materials and taking notes/minutes.
  • Provide data entry, retrieval, and management support while assisting program and technical staff.
  • Assist with 711 HPW/RHB's management and technical expertise support for SharePoint.
  • Type routine correspondence and reports using a personal computer, and operate office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and scanner.
  • Be familiar with the normal operations of video teleconferencing equipment.
  • Answer the telephone, screen callers, maintain schedules for the Division and Branch Chiefs and the Division Chief's immediate reports, relay messages, and greet visitors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of administrative support expertise.
  • Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge and ability to maintain sites in SharePoint for the Division, including resolving questions, consulting, and tracking down information.
  • Extensive organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. The NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Administrative support experience in a Department of Defense environment.
