About the role
Provide comprehensive flight instruction to students at various levels, from private pilot to commercial and instrument ratings. Offer ground school support and assist with flight reviews.
Responsibilities
- Teach students in a variety of aircraft types including single-engine, multi-engine, and complex aircraft.
- Prepare and deliver ground school materials and conduct flight reviews.
- Assist with flight reviews and prepare students for FAA exams.
- Offer personalized training and checkride preparation.
Requirements
- A valid pilot's license and current medical certificate.
- Experience teaching private, instrument, commercial, and sport pilots.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of aviation laws and regulations.
- Effective communication and teaching abilities.
- Ability to handle stress and adapt to changing schedules.
